The bow trend was everywhere in 2023 and if like us, you’re not quite ready to give up tying ribbons to everything you own… then pastel bows added to linen napkins are a quick and simple way to elevate your tableware. It’s a great activity to involve small children with too.

Mix and match patterns, textures, and colours to create visual interest and depth within your space. If you’re not a fan of colour, crisp white linens and textured plain plates can also elevate the tablescape. And don’t think flowers just need to be limited to the table! Don't forget to end the meal on a sweet note. Desserts like a classic carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, lemon meringue pie, or fruity pavlova topped with fresh berries don’t require you to disappear into the kitchen and can often be made in advance to be stored in the fridge until showtime.
