This is my second time using Hammonds. The process from arranging original consultation to installation was professional and easily. The installer, Dean, was timely, efficient and very meticulous. The finished product is a good quality.

Professional.. friendly.. love my bespoke furniture
The whole experience from start to finish was second to none. From the design to the completion of the furniture. Jay was very professional friendly and built the furniture with dedication.. ensuring it was perfect throughout.. His craftsmanship was just amazing. The finished look exceeded my expectations. He involved me throughout the build to enssure was according to my liking. He happily made slight changes. Overall a very positive experience. Will surely be using their services again in the future

Highly Recommend
All in all a good experience and great results. The process to get to final design had some slight complications but nothing that couldn’t be resolved. Catherine Langford the surveyor was very good and easy to get on with. When it came round to installing, I was so glad to have John Thompson and his colleague be my fitter. Nothing was a problem and he did a great job installing my wardrobe and desk. There were a couple of issues that arose during install but he was very quick to come up with solutions and made sure the finished result was still perfect. If you live in the north east area I’d definitely recommend John Thompson for install if you can request him.

Professional, competent and friendly
Our recent visiting designer, Rebecca was professional, competent and open to thoughts/ ideas (& any ongoing concerns) & all to ultimately help shape us a beautiful design and to realise our hopeful new hallway storage dreams. In fact, we can’t recommend Hammonds enough!. We always feel in very ‘good hands ‘ ; and as this latest visit was in fact, a return/second commission, we have no hesitation in recommending Hammonds to anyone considering beautiful fitted cabinetry/fitted furniture and to compliment your own home. The team (- from first contact to install ) has been truly superb. Thank you .

Very good installers, but many mistakes by the surveyor
This is the second installation and from a technical point there were very good. Both Bailey(yesterday) and Jonathan (today) did a very good job. My main issue was with the survey. When the surveyor came to check the designers plans he made quite a few mistakes like changing the doors from bifold to hinged and mistakes to the depth of the wardrobes etc. Some were resolved (like the depth) for others ( like the wrong doors) I am currently in communication with Hammonds and hopefully they will be resolved soon. Just make sure you check the plans because not everything is obvious and you might end up with something you did not order. It would be easier if all the details were clearly stated in a document that the client could check.

Excellent from the get go!
The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Dawid’s designs were gorgeous and his suggestions gave us real confidence. Our surveyor, Steve, was clear, helpful and flexible—especially in letting us keep the bed in the room during fitting. Our fitter, David, was fantastic: friendly, hardworking, respectful of our home and checked with us on details like handle placement. Everyone we spoke to, including Luke on the phone, was so friendly and professional. Thanks also to the Hinckley store team for lending us a colour sample to try at home. We’d recommend Hammonds without hesitation—brilliant service all round!
