Wardrobe fitting
Design and planning was all smooth and hassle free. The fitter, Danny, was excellent. Very thorough, quick, efficient and tidy. The fit was programmed for a day and a half but Danny easily completed the job to a very high standard in a day

Hammonds have been absolutely amazing
Hammonds have been absolutely amazing. From Linda in the Hammonds shop in Shrewsbury to Tom Hill (our incredibly talented designer) who built a 3D image of our bedroom so we could see how it would all look! Then to installation Jack Harrison was so hardworking and professional and managed to complete the work in 1 day instead of dragging it over into 2 days. What a great and professional company from start to finish, all their staff have been incredible!!

Extremely happy
I am extremely happy with the wardrobes that were built for me. The worker did an amazing job — everything was done to a very high standard and exactly the way I wanted. His work was professional, neat, and fully satisfactory. He also left the place clean and tidy after finishing, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for quality workmanship!

We have now had 4 rooms fitted by…
We have now had 4 rooms fitted by Hammonds Each time the designer Anne Reynolds has been excellent and has captured our request exactly as asked for We have had 2 rooms fitted by Paul Giles and each time he has been outstanding. Paul is professional , his fit is neat and to perfection and he is a clean worker ensuring the end result is clean, tidy and the room ready for use. Two further rooms were fitted by different fitter and our experience was not as good as with Paul. The rooms and new furniture all required a thorough clean , the work was not contained to the room in question despite it being completely clear and tools were left on our landing which with a 1 year old and person with mobility difficulties was a challenge. Whilst the end result does look good the process was more challenging. In terms of one room the incorrect doors have been fitted. No fault of the fitters. I found customer service manager Sam to be entirely unhelpful , she refused to provide her surname and despite being told she would speak to the designer she did not do so. I received an email telling me I had approved the PDF and would need to pay extra if I wanted this changed. She had not taken my complaint on board , was dismissive and rude However in contrast my designer was exceptionally helpful and her manager Ryan Gammie has gone over and above to resolve the issue. He recalled difficulty with the PDF from our order that could not be opened and was therefore not approved - he was polite apologetic and contacted me to keep me fully updated. I look forward to Paul returning to fit the correct doors. Customer services could learn from his approach.
