Excellent and hard working
James fitted our wardrobe and I couldn’t fault him. He was excellent and friendly. Tidied up after himself, leaving the site clean. He was a hard and diligent worker. Certainly has let me know what to expect from tradesmen in the future!

Our new Study
In the Metrocentre showroom Laura was pleasant and engaging. She wasn’t ‘pushy’, giving us time to browse the displays at our leisure, but was always available to answer our questions or expand on details about the furniture. Laura was very professional and efficient and a visit by a planner was organised very quickly. Overall our visit to the showroom was a calm and reassuring experience. The planner, Michael, was also very pleasant and engaging. He explained things clearly and answered all of our questions honestly and in detail. Michael was very knowledgeable about the range of products and gave us time to make decisions. He explained the process to us, how the costings were calculated and advised us of the advantages of ordering the bookcases, cupboards and desk early. Both Laura and Michael were so enthusiastic about the company and the products they make. We’re really looking forward to having our new furniture in place. Thank you Laura and Michael.

Hammonds are very efficient and rolled out everything from the design visit to final fitting in a time bound manner. Chi the surveyor was effective and took a lot of time in getting things right. Sometimes you don’t understand every detail from the blue print of the design. He was quite good at explaining these to us. Jerry the fitter was efficient, highly productive and friendly. Finished the whole fitting of a wardrobe in only one day and 2 hrs of the next day. Explained everything well. Would love to have him back anyday for my next job. I was pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Great service from Hammonds furniture
Great service from Hammonds furniture. Really pleased with wardrobe, design, choice of colours - spaces works perfectly (double wardrobe in spare room). Good customer service, informative and clear portal with all needed to know. Really professional fitting from fitter ( Edvardas Babinskas ) who worked so hard during installation, checking in on specific requirements to make sure was exactly as wanted, very professional and clearly experienced fitter, and left room really clean. Would definitely recommend.
