We’re really happy with the whole…
We’re really happy with the whole process from start to finish. The designer was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. The surveyor could have provided a little better service, particularly as we were given some misinformation, but this was outweighed by the rest of the experience. The carpenter was punctual, friendly, clean and professional, and built our wardrobes to a very high standard. Overall, we’re delighted with our new wardrobes and very happy with the service we received.

Flawless installation from start to finish
The designer (Ryan) was excellent, interpreting our needs and producing a marvellous design. Once we raised the order Hammonds kept us well informed of progress, from the surveyors visit to installation date. The fitter (Callum) arrived on time on the date requested and did a great job, again making sure we got exactly what we wanted. After completion the room was left in a tidy condition and the new furniture was thoroughly cleaned before the fitter left site. The whole process went very smoothly and we would not hesitate to use Hammonds again in future.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Daisy worked hard to ensure that our order met our needs and offered different options. The fitting date suited us perfectly. Michael who installed our bedroom and dressing room furniture is a true craftsman and an all round good guy. He worked tidily and professionally and the finished job is excellent and great quality. We returned to Hammonds as we have used them twice before and thoroughly recommend them.

Hammonds are fantastic!
From designing, surveying and fitting, Hammonds made the whole process incredibly simple and we absolutely love our new wardrobes. The fitter especially went out of his way to stay longer to get the job done, and his work is incredibly well done. Very good quality. Would definitely recommend.

A quality service throughout
From start to finish the service was excellent. We visited the Cardiff showroom initially and the lady on reception was most courteous and helpful. Jemma, the designer who came to our home, listened carefully to our requirements and was full of useful ideas. She was also very responsive to the queries that we raised. Alex, the surveyor who visited us to finalise the plans, showed great attention to detail and explained clearly what needed to be done to get the room ready for the installation. The work was carried out over two days by Steve. He was very personable and his workmanship was first-class. We were delighted with the outcome and our entire experience was enhanced by the competence and care shown at all stages of the process. We felt we were in safe hands throughout.
