Excellence let down by delivery issues.
We found the designer, surveyor, installer anll excellent. They would justify a 5star rating. However they were let down by the delivery / transport. They had problems, which negatively impacted on us; communication was appalling. We realise that problems do occur; however these to be managed so that customers are not affected.

We recently had our wardrobes installed by Hammonds, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The process was seamless, from the initial consultation to the final installation. A special mention goes to Alex, our installer, whose professionalism and craftsmanship were exceptional. Alex paid great attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the installation was flawless. He worked efficiently, kept the workspace tidy, and took the time to explain everything once the job was completed. His friendly and approachable manner made the entire experience even better. The quality of the wardrobes is superb, and they’ve truly transformed our space. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Hammonds and their team to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent service. Thank you!

What a brilliant experience we have had…
What a brilliant experience we have had with the purchase and fitting of our bespoke bedroom furniture. from start to finish the service has been first class and the fitting from Michael Armstrong was amazing a true credit to Hammonds. The results have far out weighed our expectations they look amazing.

Well organised and true quality
Very well organised from designing to completion. All involved turned up when they said they would and were very professional, knowledgeable, polite and respectful. The products are true quality and look amazing. There are clever little designs like discreet light switches that take the products to another level. Every day the installer tidied up and by the end you didn’t even know anyone had been working tirelessly for days apart from a truly outstanding fitted bedroom. This is my forever bedroom and I couldn’t be happier.
