A very nice fit and Darren was amazing too.

The wardrobe quality looked nice when I went to the showroom and they had a free appointment (home visit) with material options, colour options, and a 3D design in CAD. Post order they did an additional survey to confirm what needs to be done. Darren Jones came to fit the wardrobe and he did a tremendous job. He fitted it so everything I was concerned about was addressed. My wall had a drain and exhaust pipe visible and they neatly fitted around it so no mess is visible. Ceiling were very tall so they made sure it doesn't end up with ugly gaps etc that were there at the time of previous owners. Darren did an amazing job there. They also took care of the entire path to the bedroom Darren had everything covered so no mess is made and any mess made in the room during fitting was also cleaned up by him neatly. Overall very impressed. Although I feel Hammonds could have priced it a little more lower but nonetheless the build quality is great and flawless.

From start to designing by Morgan to finishing by Lee was smooth ride. Morgan worked very hard to get our guest room to a perfection. Lee worked very very hard. Our guest room looks superb. Lee got all the packages for disposal neatly stored away. All went smoothly we are extremely happy with the professional approach from the Hammonds Team.

Whole experience with Hammond's was…

Whole experience with Hammond's was fantastic, from the designer, to fitter. Neil the fitter was fab, he contacted me the day before to brief on his arrival and what he required at our end, he was respectful of our home, and incredibly patient with our nervous dogs. Neil did highlight a couple of small problems during fitting, but had resolutions to resolve them. Nothing was to much hassle. I love my new bedroom furniture and now feel super organised. I have already and will continue to recommend the services of Hammond's and its team.

Very pleased with the service.

We have used Hammonds before and were happy with the service, so we decided to get them to give us a quote to fit a cupboard in our office. It was easy to book an appointment, the person who did the design was polite and professional and listened to what we wanted, then did a design based on that. There was a good choice of units, doors and handles. When we were happy with the design he gave us the price which was acceptable, we had time to think about it before signing the contract. When we had paid the deposit we were contacted to book a time for the precise measurements to be taken, again, the person was polite and professional. We then were able to book the installation, all correspondence was clear and accurate and we had chances to ask any questions. The installer, Richard Gulliford was polite, friendly and professional, he fitted the unit well, in good time, then checked we were happy with it before he packed up. He left the area he was working in and the room with the unit clean and tidy. We are very happy with the service and would recommend Hammonds.

Excellence in furnitures

I had Hammonds do the furniture in 4 rooms. But for the master bedroom wardrobe which had some hiccups, the rest went on very smoothly as per my requirements. The fitters were amazing and did their job thoroughly without bothering me. My applause to them .

Good experience throughout

The whole experience was great from initial consultation/design choices to full survey and installation. Hammonds produced a design for the study desktop that another company could not and their price was very competitive. Georgi the fitter worked tremendously hard over two days to complete the works, he was neat and tidy & consulted us over options and requirements and tweaked a couple of items where we requested minor changes. Very pleased.
