Keeping you and our associates safeAll our in-home associates have been fully trained as part of our 'keeping our customers safe' programme to ensure everyone's safety.
At Hammonds, our main priority is the safety of our customers and our people. We have put in place the below safety measures to make our visits to your home, a safe one:
- We will wear PPE at all times during our visit
- Adhere to the 2m social distancing rule
- Regularly wash and sanitise hands
- Try and limit (where possible) the length of time we are in your home
In order to improve the service to our customers, if you need to get in contact with us about anything regarding your order, design appointment or just a general question, please log onto your MyAccount and fill out the form within the contact us section and a member of our customer service team will contact you as quickly as possible.

The first steps for Hammonds to visit our new home, provide ideas and taking the time to go through how we wanted our home to look and how much space we need, Amy Callaghan created and it became reality. Following on from the survey and to booking in the work, the customer team were so supportive, our home exchange was pushed back but they were so accommodating and supportive. The build, well what can we say, Adam, Rob and Matt were nothing short of amazing, absolutely fantastic, professional and very friendly, a great asset to Hammonds, they brough our dream come to life. Understairs cupboards
Arranged for a visit from Hammonds. Darren Harrington came and went through our options and designs. After a bit of jiggling around, he came up with the perfect design for our requirements and now I can’t wait for the installation.

Exceptionally well fitted by Simon, Hammonds Media wall
Today we had our Hammonds media wall fitted by the truly amazingly professional, hard working, attention to detail Simon. His workmanship is superb as is his attitude to his work and customer. It is looking wonderful. There has been one issue, not Simon's fault, but he couldn't have been more helpful in finding a solution. Again, not his fault that he has to come back to rectify a discrepancy with the design. He has left the lounge cleaner than when he arrived this morning! Hammonds, I hope you appreciate what an exemplary person you have in Simon representing the work of your company. Thank you Simon
