Account Number: JY547 Order Number: 487326 We’ve just had three days of fitted bedroom furniture installation from Hammonds, and I felt compelled to leave a review for the outstanding team involved. Darren, the fitter, has been absolutely exceptional. Arriving consistently from 7am each morning, he worked with remarkable skill, care and professionalism throughout. Before moving into furniture fitting, Darren worked as a builder, and that practical experience clearly shows in the quality and precision of his work. What makes his story even more impressive is that, after long working days, he is also studying for an MA focused on AI applications in building project management for medium to large companies, with possible progression to a PhD. It’s rare to meet someone who combines such hands-on craftsmanship with genuine academic ambition and forward-thinking innovation. On top of all that, Darren is simply a pleasure to have around — charming, thoughtful and accompanied by a wonderful Irish brogue that somehow makes the whole process feel calmer and more enjoyable. Thanks also to his colleague David for his support during the installation, and to Alan, who carried out the original survey and sales visit with professionalism and clarity from the outset. A genuinely first-class experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Fitted wardrobe

The designer, surveyor and fitter all did an excellent job. Our new wardrobe looks fantastic and is made of very high quality materials. The finish is great and we are happy we went with Hammonds. I would highly recommend!

I would recommend Brian Rose the sales person to everyone he's very knowledgeable about the wardrobes and bedroom furniture.He took me and my wife though every aspect of the design plus what happens afterwards he even told us if we had any trouble to get in touch with him as far as we could see he went above and beyond for customers

Great customer experience … so enjoyable and exciting

What a really enjoyable experience working with great designers, visiting a showroom to make final choices and such a simple buying process when design finalised! Such a great range of high quality options to choose from and flexible ways to pay. Can’t wait to see the finished thing! Would highly recommend.

Happy Hammonds experience

This is probably the fourth time I have used Hammonds as I find the whole process works for me. Jerry (south African chap) fitted my cupboards and whilst I reassured him to take his time he finished it very nicely for me. Very courteous man who worked non stop and was neat and tidy and the only worker I have had in last 2 weeks who didn’t leave a mark on my white walls! Quality of his work is very high compared to all the other times I have had Hammonds so I don’t want anyone else now. Thank you Jerry - real asset for Hammonds.

Excellent design visit.

A very lovely person. Beautifully dressed with coordinated colours, very smart. Very knowledgeable about the Hammonds ranges, really helped me choose a colour to coordinate with other fitted furniture. Really great designs. Very helpful and listened to my thoughts about my fitted furniture. Very interesting changes to my vague plans, which were much better than my original plans and thoughts Very helpful with the colour of the fitted furniture, to allow my pottery pots , which are bright colours to be best displayed. Very useful help with the Hammonds App and how to make payment. I couldn’t have done anything like that without her help. Such a fantastic design evening. Very calm and extremely knowledgeable, extremely happy in her work and lovely to converse with. Thank you, so very much, for all your help. You are so very good at your job. I was kept well informed about the progress of my order. The details were all taken with accuracy and care. The fitter, Oliver, was very pleasant and did an excellent job assembling the units, and cleared up as he worked.
