Great service from start to finish our fitter Halit was very good the fitted wardrobe looks perfect it has everything that we asked for and the quality was top class I would definitely recommend Hammonds to family and friends 10 out of 10 for the whole process

Pleased.

The people I met from walking into the Hammond’s shop to the final installation have been friendly and efficient. Thanks to Michelle, who talked me through all the choices, Nicky the surveyor who explained everything and not forgetting Lance the installer who presented me with a very satisfying wardrobe.

From the original designer (Fabrizio) to the surveyor (illian) and especially to the fantastic fitter (David) everyone had been professional and amazingly helpful. David needs a special mention as he is a real craftsman and was only given 4 days to fit our large study so has worked both Saturday and Sunday to finish it for us. Above and beyond. Thank you. Oh and it looks brilliant as well !!

The fitter did a lovely job job left the room very clean but the company did not give the right time for completion and it took longer than we were told mainly because one part had been packed wrong so had to get a replacement

We have been really impressed with initial contact with the sales person who made it a very enjoyable experience, she was very knowledgeable professional and more importantly a kind and personable character who we felt comfortable and at ease with, she explained in detail how the process would work and to your credit that is exactly the experience we have had. The surveyor was very concise on what was needed and what we had to do to support the installation, the notes were clear and thorough. Finally the installer we had was young Patrick he is a very talented and courteous young man and we really enjoyed his company it was a pleasure to have him in our home and we were very happy with the product and the quality of the install. The service we received reminded me of a bygone era where service was always held in high priority well done Hammonds

Excellent products and excellent company to work with.

Very helpful staff when we first visited the Hammond’s Showroom - knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to look around and then plenty of time looking at samples too. A design visit was planned - our designer was extremely helpful and patient, and spent a long time going through options and guiding us through different ideas of what was possible. The designer also came back for a second lengthy visit, which again was excellent. Nothing was a problem, and all of our ideas and wishes were discussed and considered - again no pushy sales pitch, really understood what we wanted and gently and patiently guided us through the processes, and he also did lots of background sorting out to expedite the completion date. The accounts team were very helpful on the phone, quick response and helpful advice too. From initial visit to showroom to payment and booking surveyor has been smooth and over a short timescale. Thank you
