I am very happy with the final product…
I am very happy with the final product for my fitted wardrobe. Samual Watkins did a great job installing it. He communicated with me ahead of the fitting and helped me solve an issue I had with the delivery of the wood, ahead of the fitting. On the day, Samual was on time, installed the wardrobe perfectly and left the room completely free of dust.

Overall very good
Had an issue at the begining of the installation to start as our fitter was unable to attend , we got a phone call at 9.30 pm saying the fitter was not coming and they were due in the morning , however this was resolved by their customer service team within 2 hours of contacting Hammonds the issue was resolved and the replacement fitter was on site by 1pm . The workmanship by the fitter was excellent and left the room tidy . We was told the rubbish would be collected on a certain day , however it was not collected until the following day.

3rd of 4 bedrooms with Hammonds furniture.
Whole process from design, quote, survey and arrival of fitter was very smooth. All information available in online account. The fitter was great and never stopped smiling despite having to carry everything up to our 2nd floor attic bedroom. Really pleased with finished results. This is our 3rd bedroom to be fitted with Hammonds furniture. Neil was a great fitter and would highly recommend.

The first steps for Hammonds to visit…
The first steps for Hammonds to visit our new home, provide ideas and taking the time to go through how we wanted our home to look and how much space we need, Amy Callaghan created and it became reality. Following on from the survey and to booking in the work, the customer team were so supportive, our home exchange was pushed back but they were so accommodating and supportive. The build, well what can we say, Adam, Rob and Matt were nothing short of amazing, absolutely fantastic, professional and very friendly, a great asset to Hammonds, they brough our dream come to life.
