Excellent quality of service
The quality of consultation service was excellent. The consultant sent by Hammonds, Denise, was punctual, very friendly and professional. She listened carefully to my wishes and took thorough measurements of the room before suggesting a wardrobe design that took my budget into consideration as well.

Great experience
What a lovely designer we were appointed. We felt so comfortable throughout and felt that our designer Connor, truly considered what we wanted and was great at giving us advice and explaining options. We never felt like we were being pushed into a decision and there was no hard sell. It was really refreshing and builds our trust in Hammonds as the right choice. The design presented at the end is an excellent document and brings the whole thing to life. We can't wait to have it in place and thoroughly enjoyed the design experience all thanks to Connor.

An amazing company!
We were incredibly impressed by the service offered by Hammonds, by the level of professionalism and expertise. We were replacing an Ikea modular hanging and drawer structure that we inherited in our dressing room. Darryl Tippler provided the design, and then produced drawings to show what he was recommending, which we accepted. This was followed up by David Gregory who attended to survey the room. Tom Angoy then attended to install, and his expertise as a fully qualified carpenter was superb. He was also polite and thoughtful. It was a pleasure to have him transforming this room. We very much hope that he will be able to return for the next project! Having now experienced the quality of Hammonds service from start to finish, we would highly recommend this company again and again!

The design visit was great!
The design visit was great. I only had a bit of an idea of what I wanted and David, the designer, was brilliant at talking my through and answering my questions. He did an amazing job, very happy. Oredered the next day, following some tweaks, and the cost was cheaper than I imagined. Can't wait for it to be fitted.

Easy to order, everything happened to the timescale promised. Installed within one day rather than the two we’d been expecting was a bonus, especially as it was such a hot day for the fitter. Very pleased with our new wardrobes.

Transformation!
I couldn’t recommend Hammonds enough, from start to finish to the customer service and knowledge of the staff has been amazing. John the fitter has been brilliant, the job was completed within a day.
