Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Yes it was expensive and took a long time to get round to the installation but now we have the results it was worth the time and money. Bogdan the fitter in particular gets very high praise from us for doing a great job

Wardrobes

Our fitter Callum was exceptional
Our fitter Callum was exceptional. He was prompt, courteous, and totally respectful of our home. His workmanship was brilliant and the new furniture has been fitted expertly and looks fabulous in the room. Not only would I recommend Hammonds, but I would definitely recommend Callum for any job he is tasked to do. He has a "can do" attitude, and is a breath of fresh air.

New wardrobes
From the time we chose the wardrobes to when they were fitted it was all dealt with efficiently and clearly by Hammonds. The only gripe I’ve got is when I tried to pay on my Hammonds account, their system would not accept my postcode, which meant I had to contact the payments department by phone to pay.

Outstanding Service from Louise Sawyer – Hammonds Cardiff
We recently ordered custom-made under-stairs storage from Hammonds Furniture in Cardiff, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. We had quite a detailed wish list — maximum wardrobe space, drawers, a utility area to house our vacuum cleaner, charger, attachments etc., with all remaining space used for cupboards. Louise Sawyer took the time to really listen and fully understand what we were hoping to achieve. She guided us through the options with clear, honest and precise advice about what would work best and what was achievable. During her visit, Louise carefully measured the space and produced a detailed design there and then. She showed us on her tablet exactly how the finished project would look, which made it so much easier to visualise. She also provided a quotation within the same appointment, which we really appreciated. We were also impressed by how quickly Hammonds responded to our enquiry, and the fact that they send a second person to verify measurements gave us extra confidence that everything will go smoothly. Louise was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely went above and beyond to create a design that met 100% of our expectations. We felt completely comfortable throughout the process and never under any pressure. A fantastic experience — we would highly recommend Hammonds Furniture, and especially Louise Sawyer. The review will be re-visited once the manufacture and installation is complete to give a fair review of the completed project hopefully asap.

We have been delighted with the service…
We have been delighted with the service from Hammonds. All interactions have been professional, helpful and easy. We were particularly impressed with our fitter (Maurice) who was absolutely excellent; quiet and efficient, a pleasure to have in the house and a very hard worker.
