Helpful Hammonds
From the initial consultation, survey & fitting Hammonds website/account log in has been easy to use to keep up to date. The staff I have dealt with have been very professional. I would have scored 5 stars but unfortunately the fitter broke down on my original fitting date which resulted in a delay. The issue was dealt with within 24 hrs & a new fitting date agreed. The fitter I had, Cameron was excellent. Punctual, tidy,pleasant in manner & he kept me to date on all stages of the fitting to review what I required. A 5 star job by the fitter & his assistant. Thanks to all at Hammonds & I will be looking to get a quote for my next room.

After having the original date…
After having the original date cancelled at the last minute we were both anxious about the fitting. We need not have worried as Joshua was fabulous he literally did not stop. His workmanship skill and customer service was outstanding.

The person who fitted the wardrobes worked so fast and has done a perfect job I am so pleased with them I can’t thank you enough I was a bit disappointed he didn’t have any help bringing all the equipment and furniture pieces up to the 4th floor of my apartment block He did a brilliant job of fitting the wardrobes I couldn’t praise him enough

I had different experiences with different department. Brilliant customer service but poor at organising the installation as this was postponed (due to being short of staff). The installation was not finished due to issues with the production items but the fitter was amazing as the installation was tailored to my needs and went above and beyond.
