Exceptional service from Lee
From the initial contact to completion of the installation, Lee, our installer was exceptional. He communicated clearly his time of arrival, installed the units in a very professional way and left everywhere clean and tidy. When clarification was needed on something (eg placement of shelves, handles) he gave suggestions and options. We would not hesitate to recommend him to any of your customers.

Having under my stairs fitted with drawers in white shaker design has totally transformed my hall. My fitter Steven has done an excellent job. He was so pleasant, very professional and left no mess whatsoever. Very pleased customer - would highly recommend.

Hi Zeal from Hammonds was very efficient and knowledgeable, and immediately understood what we needed for our cupboards. Unfortunately, the only reason we couldn’t go with Hammonds this time was the timeline. For the future, it would be great if there were more flexibility around quicker turnarounds after placing orders. It would also be helpful if Hammonds offered a wider range of services and accessories, similar to other bespoke companies now in direct competition.
