Absolutely brilliant, would use again
The representative, Carole Taylor, came out to see us promptly after our enquiry was made. She was very pleasant and helpful, and gave sound advice as to the design which would suit our needs, as we weren't sure. She carried all the samples with her, which was a great help. Communication as a whole was fantastic, Hammonds kept us constantly informed of everything. The surveyor, Jason Spencer, was great, ensuring colours, design etc. and confirmed date of installation. The fitter himself, John Thompson, was clean and put dust sheets down everywhere. He was polite and careful, and did an absolutely amazing job; the bedroom looks fantastic! Overall, we'd recommend Hammonds to anyone; from start to finish they were brilliant and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

David came to fit today
David came to fit today . He did a fantastic job . He's a really good worker started at 8 am and finished at 6.30 pm. He managed the solve of the challenges that fitting furniture under the stairs can bring . He was very courteous , and very tidy ! . Just two snags which were not his fault . A missing shelf and a damaged door . But he ordered the parts there and then and arranged a date to come to fit . Very impressive .

All good from start to finish
All good from start to finish. We had already had wardrobes fitted by Hammonds courtesy of our builder and this was the first purchase we organised. We had searched long and hard for suitable bookshelves when we recalled Hammonds did office furniture. Fitter was timely, courtesy and cleaned everything after he had finished.

Hammonds do the journey
Good experience from start to finish. Help at the outset with home visit & design. Kept up to date with our choice of wardrobes, technical inspection & then installation. All good. Only downside was the wait for installation date.

Hammonds wardrobes - Crawley
The representative in the Hammonds Crawley showroom was very helpful and the ordering process was easy and clear. The Hammonds fitter was also amazing. He took great care to detail when fitting around skirting boards and near window sills. His work was fantastic and he was very respectful in the house. The only small issue we had with was dealing with the main office to book the fitter. We had reserved dates and organised everything around those dates, Hammonds were supposed to confirm 4 weeks before but we didn't hear from them, so we rang them, only to find out at short notice that they couldn't do the dates agreed. We then we had to go back and forth a little before we managed to arrange and fix a date. Overall, I'd highly recommend Hammonds and we are very pleased with our wardrobes.
