Pleasant design visit with a courtesy…
Pleasant design visit with a courtesy call ahead as running 15 mins late rather than just turning up. Did not need to provide much input for the designer to make the best use of space in the rooms. No pressure to add extras or upgrades which was welcome. Did not feel rushed and designer took time rather than seemingly rushing off. There were lots of offers on which were applied to the price without us asking but it was initially outside my budget. So rather than sign up there and then we awaited the designs to be emailed through. The designs came late the same evening so the designer had made some considerable efforts to get these out in the evening even though we added some other items to each room at the end. Was not pressured to make any there and then decision to go ahead, even though we advised others were coming to quote. So all in all pleased, fingers crossed that’s the survey, installs and final products are also great 🤞

This is the second time we have used Hammonds. The designer Nathan is great. Really knows his stuff, comes up with great ideas, and never goes for the hard sale. The quality of our first wardrobe is so good.

Impressive design service
Karen the designer was fabulous. She listened carefully to our brief and gave us time and space to consider different options and provided us with design ideas. Her experience shone through with her advice and explanations of how the design would work day to day. She had a great depth of knowledge in the product and explained everything to us going over information more than once for our clarity and understanding. Throughout the whole process Karen gave us time we didn't feel rushed or pressured and she never clock watched and was always very responsive to our texts, emails and calls as we navigated through the process. she was extremely helpful, punctual, polite and responsive. we obtained three quotes and Karen gave an exceptional customer service that stood out from the other companies.
