We had my bedroom wardrobes completed today. Our fitter was Liam who was kind courteous and thoroughly great at his job. Not only did he finish to perfection but upon stumbling over a problem he made sure to consult us properly and ensured that I pick the best option for me. He had no issue going that extra mile something which I really appreciated. Tidied up after himself! This is my second time using this company and a great experience again

Professional company
Cannot speak highly enough for the superb service from start to finish. Choosing the design/colours and costings, then a surveyor follow up through to the fitting of our understairs cupboards. Helpful showroom personnel. After fitting all packaging was taken away and no mess left what's so ever. From our experience this is a first class company with professional and friendly staff who care, so much so we have placed an order for bedroom furniture.

Fantastic workmanship
Our fitter James was on time to start the job. He was extremely courteous and polite throughout the day He was very mindful of our furniture. He worked very hard and ensured us the job will be finished the same day, which it was. Fantastic workmanship, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Quality product, efficient installation
The fitter was very efficient and also clearly discussed progress with me at every stage. The final product is lovely, better than I had imagined. I opted for a painted version in heritage green, which looks good and of high quality. I am also impressed that there is a ten year guarantee. Would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with Hammond‘s from start to finish. From the original inquiry they were very efficient and competent. The wardrobe was fully installed today and it was done with great efficiency, competence, and accuracy. I’m delighted with the finish product. A big thank you to Martin for carrying out the work. Great service from initial visit to final completion
Great service from the initial visit to the Hammonds showroom in Shrewsbury through to the fitting and final handover. We purchased some wardrobes for our daughters bedroom, it was not an easy room to work with as it has sloping ceilings and a chimney breast in the middle. Heather was our designer, she came up with an excellent design that our daughter was really pleased with. Dave was our installer, he contacted me the morning before he was due to commence the job, to make sure everything was ok for him to start work. Dave arrived on time, he was very polite and got to work straight away. Dave's work was first class, he cleaned up, and asked us to check his work every evening before he left, to make sure we were happy with everything. Again it was not an easy room to work with, but Dave has worked tirelessly and made an excellent job of it. Our daughter is really happy with the wardrobes, and we are really happy with the quality of the wardrobes, the workmanship and the service that we have received from Hammonds. Thank You.

We are thoroughly satisfied and have the highest praise for everyone whom we interacted with at Hammonds. 1) Our Designer Hassan Shamsaie was extremely helpful and guided us through the various options we had available. 2) Our Surveyor Michailas Surikovas took time to understand our specifications and interacted with us to make sure that the final survey plans were to our specifications. 3) Our Installer Ioan Rusu was absolutely exceptional. Extremely courteous, friendly and professional. And the wardrobe installation was completed to the highest standard - immaculate and faultless. 4) The people whom we interacted with at Customer Service were helpful and professional and responsive to our queries. Overall this was an exceptional experience and we would give Hammonds our highest recommendation.

Excellent product and service
