We are now looking for a trusted Personal Assistant & Office Manager to provide high-quality support to our CEO, enabling structured coordination across the leadership team and helping maintain a professional, well-managed office environment. You will work with intention, ensuring that every task is handled thoughtfully and to the high standards that reflect the Hammonds Way.
In this role, you will organise and follow through on meetings, manage communications and confidential matters with discretion, and support the smooth running of the office. Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism will be key as you help keep our leadership operations seamless, demonstrating our values of being Real, Committed, and Creative in everything you do.
What you’ll be doing:
Director Relations & Customer Care Liaison

Maintain clear and professional communication between the CEO, Directors, and Customer Care teams.

Monitor customer escalations and ensure timely follow-up.

Keep senior stakeholders informed and supported.

Handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Reporting & Business Support

Prepare sales, trading, and margin reports accurately and on schedule.

Coordinate complete and clear board reporting packs.

Manage ad hoc data requests efficiently, providing reliable and well-presented information to leadership.
Finance & Administrative Support

Process CEO expenses, mileage, and credit card reconciliations accurately and on time.

Handle invoices and expense claims efficiently.

Liaise proactively with Finance and IT to ensure smooth operations and responsive support.
Office & Event Management

Maintain a professional, organised, and welcoming office environment.

Prepare boardrooms and meeting spaces to a high standard.

Coordinate leadership training sessions and events seamlessly.

Oversee guest hospitality, office supplies, kitchen standards, and deliveries efficiently.
Personal Assistant Support

Manage selected personal appointments and arrangements for leadership.

Handle renewals, bookings, and administrative tasks proactively.

Treat all personal and sensitive matters with complete discretion.
What you will bring:

Experience supporting senior leaders in a PA or EA capacity

Strong inbox and diary management skills

Confidence coordinating leadership and Board-level meetings

Ability to maintain accurate minutes and action logs

Your Working hours/ pattern will be:
This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week. We ask for a minimum of 4 working days, with the schedule flexible and open to discussion to suit your needs. Working hours should fall within our standard business operating hours of 9:00 – 17:00.
