Hammonds bedroom sliding door wardrobe
The end result was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The fitter Jerry was superb I could not fault however the process getting to this point was painful. Getting on for a five month wait (originally quoted 10-12 weeks from the showroom. Numerous cancelled or altered dates along the way. The product is good and as i say the carpenter excellent but the administration between order and receipt of goods leaves a lot to be desired.

The fitter communicated well before the day, and arrived on time the day of the fitting. We are very pleased with the end result and appreciated the room being left as clean as when he arrived.

Ioan Rusu Was my fitter for my Hammonds wardrobe. He worked so hard, even though it took a day longer than originally stated in the paperwork. Ioan was polite and friendly, and cleaned up after he’d finished which is always great.

A job well done!
Response time from making an enquiry to someone calling me, was a bit slow, but after that, it was ok. The rep who came to measure up etc arrived on time and was polite and courteous. The information he gave answered our needs, and we didn’t feel pressured into buying something we didn’t want. We were kept informed of installation dates and times, and the fitter messaged the day before with more specific information. He worked efficiently and very hard to complete the job on time, and to a high standard. We couldn’t have asked for better. Although I felt Hammonds wee quite expensive, we are very happy with the end result, and have no regrets.

Really pleased with our new under…
Really pleased with our new under stairs storage, it’s exactly as we expected but better, John the fitter is first class and has done an excellent job, thanks very much,Rob was not pushy during the sales process, only drawback is you have to do the prep work as Hanson only fit.Luckily I was able to do this myself, but elderly or not so DIY savvy would struggle
