Excellent Experience
My experience with Hammonds has been excellent and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for fitted furniture. Every step of the way, the whole team put care into the final design to ensure I was totally happy with it, and were generous with their time and creative ideas. It was easy to get in touch with customer service, who were very helpful and answered all questions I had throughout the process. Ike and Tendai were great at designing and measuring my desired wardrobe, and recommended me excellent finishes and ideas to ensure I had a beautiful layout. Ike spent many hours ensuring the design was as exact as possible, and Tendai communicated with me extensively to ensure that all the measurements were perfect for the size of the room, explaining and correcting things as we went. Samuel Watkins in particular was an outstanding fitter, and made the experience seamless. He was very organised and contacted me in advance to ensure everything was prepared properly. Samuel put a lot of attention into different details, and worked extremely hard to ensure the room was left spotless and clean. The result shows that he is a very experienced and thorough fitter, and is a great example of the high standard Hammonds offers. This would not be possible without true passion, professionalism, and skill. The wardrobe I have ended up with is brilliant and even better than I anticipated - it fits my room wonderfully and looks lovely. I am beyond delighted. Thank you very much to everyone in the Hammonds team!
