I found the designer Taylor very pleasant and very helpful being partially deaf she took the trouble to explain everything I was very impressed with the quality of products shown and found the 3d images very helpful the team were very prompt on the follow up for fitting dates

Fabulous service from start to finish!
Fabulous service from start to finish. From our initial designer (Richard) who was superb through to our brilliant installer (Steve) we really couldn’t fault the service provided. The wardrobes are of high quality and look fantastic. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hammonds to both friends & family which just about says it all. Good value for money as well!

Personalised design & service
Personalised design & service, were the key themes of our Hammonds experience so far. Louise, with her deep product experience, made our design and decision process very simple. She was creative and listened to our ideas and needs very well. Jack the surveyor was also deeply knowledgeable, very honest about elements of the design we might consider tweaking and ensured we were fully happy with designs and clear on next steps - very considered, thoughtful, pragmatic. Both team members were truly brilliant to work with and had genuine care and customer focus! Thank you!

A great experience.
Hammonds products are good quality and stylish. The process was flawless from start to finish. Communication was a major factor, I knew at each stage what was going to happen and when. I was advised about what I needed to do as well in order to be ready for the fitting. All members of staff were considerate and courteous. A great experience.
