I can honestly say we received a 5* service throughout this whole process. Firstly our designer Joe Thomas, was fantastic, so professional. It was a pleasure to share design ideas with Joe to create such beautifully elegant wardrobes. 5* Our surveyor Alex Lopez, again so professional, Alex explained everything so clearly-with care. No adjustments were needed, hassle free! 5* Customer services were very efficient, polite and helpful. Communication was second to none, which was very refreshing. 5* Finally yet lmportantly! Our fitters, Matthew Miller and Lee Humes. Matthew fitted three of our wardrobes with outstanding attention to detail. Matthew and Lee were so professional, respectful of our home, polite and caring. True experts in their field! They worked tirelessly to get the job done. Thank you to you all! A winning team right there Hammonds! We would definitely recommend you to any of our friends and family 5*

Great experience overall from Hammonds. The communication was brilliant at every stage and Luka the fitter did an outstanding job of the install, his attention to detail was superb and kept me informed at every stage during the two days. Really really impressed with final product.

Designer was excellent, fitter was excellent really tidy and friendly. Only small issue was that Hammonds changed the appointment at short notice, but other than that excellent service.

The quality of the product is very good. My sales contact, Nathan, has been outstanding throughout, and my fitter, Steve is a first class craftsman, customer service focused and super diligent.

What can I say from the first visit…
What can I say from the first visit from Taylor who took such time and attention to help me find the right style to the fitting by Gary Turner, I have been blown away. Taylor could not have been more attentive, patient and knowledgeable. I must have changed my mind 5 times on colour and finish before settling on my choice. Now for the fitting, Gary Turner arrived promptly for the 2 day job and truly was the most friendly, super experienced and perfect person to share your home with for 2 days. He was on hand to talk us through the progress and his final finish was nothing less than perfection. As for the clean up after, I struggled to find a spot of dust on the new wardrobes or our newly decorated bedroom. Gary if you read this thank you from the bottom of our hearts you have made our purchase something that we are so proud of and has made me smile all weekend. Quality product, quality team and a quality experience.

Five star experience
Had a very good experience from the first point of contact, from the designer Peter, to the inspector who I had a good talk about curries and Lee our installer. Lee was very accommodating. I was suppose to get rid of a piece of wood of which we learnt too late that we could not take out. He reassured me that it will not affect the design and can still install the unit with a very slight adjustment. very very satisfied with work done.
