Long wait but worth it.
After a long wait, I finally got my bedroom furniture fitted today. I am very pleased with it, Luke has done a great job. I didn't give 5 stars because of the complications that I expected Hammonds to deal with. Unfortunately, in this country people are very good at reading out rules and regulations but not so good at listening and being empathetic to help. We got the keys to our new home a bit later than expected and Hammonds made us wait 3 weeks longer, even though the survey and the first installation date was all very fast and problem free. At last, we can assemble our bed and buy some curtains in the last bedroom. Thank you Hammonds for our lovely bedroom furniture but please try to accommodate people's needs better next time!

Great experience for wardrobes, cupboards and bookcase
We have had some wardrobes, a bookcase and cupboards fitted and we are delighted with the quality. The process was smooth and everyone we came into contact with was friendly. Krister our fitter was excellent, he was helpful, knowledgeable, organised, tidy / clean and the quality was perfect. He was also patient and friendly with my kids who were fascinated with what he was doing and wanted to help. Really happy with the results and happy to recommend.

Flat 28 wardrobes.
Very respectful of our home,caring and attentive. Waldemr worked so hard and in such a professional way, always working in a very orderly fashion, at the same time he constantly was working in a clean space what an asset he is to your team. The whole process went very smoothly and we were kept in touch at every stage. I would always recommend Hammonds.

I am delighted with my fitted bedroom
I am delighted with my fitted bedroom, which looks attractive, seems to be of excellent quality and that has made everything so much more manageable. The staff were all extremely helpful and professional from design to finish.The fitter (Marius) was excellent and most meticulous. There were a few niggles that mean I cannot give 5 stars. I was told the headboard for the bed would have to be set out a little from the wall and would have a ledge I could use as a shelf, which would have been useful. It turned out it was a plain piece of wood, with no shelf and therefore un-necessary. However this left me without a headboard, as I had already ordered the bed without one. I would also have liked dimmable downlights over the bed but was told these are not available. This surprised me in a company that fits so many bedrooms. I would have thought most people would want an option for soft lighting in a bedroom. Also the light switch is only accessible from one side of the bed. Bit of a problem if one person wants to continue reading. There was also a piece missing when it came to installation and I had to wait a further week for a door to be fitted, which was annoying for both me and the fitter. These are perhaps minor issues, but it can be the small finishing touches that make a big difference. Otherwise, very happy!

Our Installer, DZINTARS KALNINS Was incredible. So fast, but so detailed, he really is a perfectionist and it shows in the quality work he does. Our minds were blown with how precise he was.

Professional and hardworking
The delivery drivers were professional throughout and worked efficiently to deliver the wardrobes prior to fitting. They were prompt and respectful of our property. Dan, our fitter, was excellent. He messaged the day before and arrived at the stated time. He was pleasant and friendly throughout the whole fitting whilst working extremely hard over the 2 days at our property. If it wasn't for the inevitable banging and drilling from time to time and the occasional cuppa, I wouldn't have known he was there. I would highly recommend him for his excellent workmanship, attention to detail, keeping me fully informed and his pleasant manner. We love our new wardrobes which have made a real difference.
