Excellent Hinckley Showroom, cared for by Jade
We were planning to have two bedrooms refitted and had been viewing alternatives online, including the Hammonds website. As good as this was, we decided we wanted to see the fitted products in the flesh to help with our design and selection process, so we visited the Hammond showroom in Hinckley. We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Jade, who couldn’t have been more helpful. After discussing our initial needs she pointed us in the direction of the products we were interested in but left us to browse at our leisure in the knowledge that she was always nearby to assist if necessary. Jade offered us a hot drink and a measuring tape and was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the ranges, finishes, costs and options. The showroom displays a broad variety of different fittings and the visit really helped us formulate our design ideas, finishes and options. We were pleasantly surprised with the benefits of visiting the showroom and the excellent service provided by Jade, with whom we have booked our designer home visit.

The initial enquiry
The initial enquiry, follow up visit from the designer, the second visit from the surveyor went like clockwork. The actual installation by the two fitters, Lee for our daughter's bedroom and Stefan for our larger bedroom and our son's bedroom, were marvellous. Very polite, considerate, professional and the end results were excellent. Both fitters were clean and tidy workmen which was much appreciated given the small spaces they had to work in !

Really happy with the service I received from Hammonds from start to finish. All the staff I dealt with were professional & helpful from the admin staff, Dawid our designer, David our surveyor and Anthony our fitter. The work was completed to a very high standard and everything left clean and tidy. I have no problems with recommending this company.

Lovely furniture, but process matters
We are really pleased with our new furniture, fitted expertly. But there were some details we were not told at the design stage which we were unhappy about and one instruction gathered at the survey stage was not passed on to the fitter. There are a few other things as well - not cause for complaint but when you spend thousands, these details matter.
