exceptional work and service
Aljoe and his partner today were EXCEPTIONAL workers, polite, friendly, efficient, methodological, meticulous attention to detail, cleaned everywhere after the job was finished. The finish to the workmanship was BRILLIANT. Aljoe made me feel very relaxed and I trusted his work and Hammonds therefore and will be using Hammonds for the rest of the house! Aljoe should get recognised for being a true professional. I would personally recommend Aljoe and Hammonds to all my neighbours and friends (my two neighbours just came over and loved the work!) so thank you Aljoe and Hammonds.

Very happy with our purchase …
We have just had Hammonds fit furniture in 4 rooms of our new property. They have provided a full fitted office with two work stations filing drawers cupboards drawers and bookcases. A very large 8 door floor to ceiling wardrobe with hanging space shelves and drawers and matching bedside tables. A media unit under tv in lounge and 4 chests of drawers and shelves in another bedroom. It’s early days but we are delighted with what they have done so hopefully no issues in the future. Our. two fitters were great

The designer listen carefully to my…
The designer listen carefully to my thoughts and then incorporated them into her ideas doing a fantastic job. The fitter notified me letting me know when he was going to arrive. He was polite and very approachable. He ran through the whole design with me making sure I was happy with everything and continued to make sure I was happy with what he was doing all through the fit. Also cleaned up after he had finished taking the rubbish with him. Really pleased from start to finish

We are very pleased with our 2 bedrooms…
We are very pleased with our 2 bedrooms the furniture is great quality. Both our fitters were very professional and tidy. We would definitely recommend Hammonds but just to be warned they can change your installation date with little notice which is not good when you have made arrangements for carpet fitters and booked time off work.

Long wait for wardrobes (12 weeks)
Long wait for wardrobes (12 weeks). They got cancelled 3 times. Was hoping for more money off but that didn't happen. Some of my wall was marked and some marks on the new furniture. They do look great but I've rated on the whole experience and the knock on effect. Since this review on the 7/7/25 Hammonds have been InTouch and reviewed my experience and awarded me more compensation. I'm now much happier about this situation.
