Wardrobes better than expected
Wardrobes better than expected. It was quite difficult to visualise end product even though pictures were provided. I'm apprehensive in getting work done in my house, however, Derek was exceptional in fitting the wardrobes and consulted with me where necessary, highly recommend. 4 star given as design had to be changed due to designer and surveyor having differing views whether original design would fit- feels somewhat disjointed and quite fundamental. Definitely an inconvenience. Would not have gone with design proposed by surveyor (not their expertise), luckily there was another designer job shadowing on the day.

Hammonds made the whole process so easy…
Hammonds made the whole process so easy from the initial survey to the final installation. Staff were all very helpful, polite and professional. The best part was the installation that was done beautifully by Steve. He explained the whole process again beforehand and kept the place very tidy and neat. We are extremely happy with our lovely wardrobes and can not recommend Hammonds Furniture enough. Thank you so much

A superior service to others we met with
We had three designs and quotes. Aidan the designer was significantly better than the other two companies that came out. It was not the cheapest option but with him leading the design it was by far the best experience, and we have confidence in what he sold to us. Unlike the one of their competitors, he concentrared on the requirements, rather than criticising everyone else in the same market. He also did not make a huge deal of applying discounts "just for us" that was clearly being applied to all quotes I cannot praise him enough and I will a) be using him in the future; and b) recommending him. I think other companies should take his open and transparent approach

Roger did an excellent job fitting three bedrooms for us. He arrived on time, worked hard throughout, and completed everything to perfection without any delays. His attention to detail was outstanding, and he made sure to clean up thoroughly after himself. We’re extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend him!
