Bedroom wardrobes
The whole process was very smooth, Jeff Angus the designer and the fitters Michael Armstrong on the 13th October and Dean Sisson on the 15th October were fantastic. The communication from Hammonds was also excellent.

From the showroom to the fitter
From the showroom to the fitter, absolutely fantastic service, but your Achilles heal is your telephone centre. We've used you multiple times, and each time has been the same. Hands on management has suffered amputation, and these call handlers, need a refund from the charm school! As a supervisor said to me, that their priority is answering the phone, not responding to concerns, as they offer to call back just to get you off the line. Brilliant fitter, who is simply the best, great salesman, and superb showroom staff, let down by a beneath par bunch : shame that?

Quick response to our request. Cheerful agent who told us all about the firm. Good advice on design . Generally made us feel confident in our choice of Hammonds. Look forward to to December 3 rd when we will be able to put lots of belongings in cupboards and shelves. Trust you won’t let us down.😊

Fantastic experience from start to finish.
I had a wall of cupboards fitted by Hammonds. I had only visited the shop to look at possible styles as I initially thought I would get a carpenter in to do the work. I liked what I saw and agreed to have a designer visit to discuss my requirements. From start to finish the process was flawless. No hard sell. I agreed to go ahead with the order and the surveyor came to measure up then the fitter came to install the cupboards. Everyone I came into contact with, even staff on the phone, were efficient and professional. My fitter was brilliant. He did such a good job. They take all the packaging away. It honestly couldn't have been a better experience and I am thrilled with our cupboards! They are beautiful, look even better than expected and provide all the storage I need. I wholeheartedly recommend Hammonds.
