I recently ordered a custom office suite from Hammonds and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the outset, the assessors were extremely helpful, accommodating all of my requests and ideas with professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist. The process from design to installation was smooth and stress-free. The fitting was carried out by two highly skilled and courteous individuals who kept us informed throughout. They took the time to confirm all details, including handle placement and design specifications, ensuring everything was in line with our expectations before proceeding. Although Hammonds were slightly more expensive than some other quotes we received, the service, craftsmanship, and quality of the final product more than justified the investment. The attention to detail and customer care were outstanding from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hammonds to anyone seeking a high-quality, bespoke furniture solution.

Great service from start to finish!
Great service from start to finish! Mark the designer was courteous and patient, spending the time to take us through all the options and possibilities, advising honestly what was possible and not possible! Sam the surveyor was very thorough, and again a very pleasant guy who clearly is very good at what he does Cameron the fitter - a really nice guy who again knows his craft. A very professional install which looks superb. He treated the room respectfully, covering the work area, and tidied up after the job. I’d happily recommend Hammonds - a super service and a very competitive price

We have now had three pieces of fitted…
We have now had three pieces of fitted furniture from Hammonds on separate occasions. All contact has been excellent, the staff have been professional, polite and helpful. The final fitting has gone without a hitch and we are very happy with all of our choices. The only thing that could be improved is the waiting time from first ordering to the fitting date. Would we recommend, yes, in fact we already have!

Very high quality under-stairs storage installation
Very high quality final product. Complex under-stair storage job and the design and installation are first class. John Thompson was the fitter, incredibly high attention to detail, cleaned up everything after finishing and left the room in perfect condition. Very impressed.
