Lewis Pollard was brilliant! Very professional. He got on with the job straight away and built the wardrobe is a very high standard. His is very precise, we are very impressed with his work and quality of the wardrobe, design and colour. We couldn’t be any happier.

I can't fault the interior designer &…
I can't fault the interior designer & fitters of my bedroom wardrobes, they're all absolutely second to none. My only complaint is that scheduling the fitting was pretty stressful; rescheduled 3 times with not much notice & I had to change my work holiday & plans around it, which caused a lot of upheaval. That said, I still wouldn't hesitate to recommend the finished work, it's perfection.

All a bit faceless after the initial sales quote, the customer is forced to use the Hammonds portal for payment and status updates. Yet another password to remember. However happy with the fitted wardrobe.

Outstanding- 5 star experience
Great experience with the fitting of my daughter’s bedroom furniture. Darren Jones called me the evening before fitting to introduce himself and discuss arrival time the day of fit. Very polite on phone. He arrived on time. Explained how the fitting would work out across the 2 days and laid dust sheets up my stairs across the landing. He was kind and curtious of my property. He worked non stop for the 2 days he was here from 7-7. Incredible. Quiet while I was working from home . The odd drill or sawing noise but honestly expected much more. He cleaned and tidied up after himself before he left and made arrangements with me for the following day. Again arrived on time and got straight to work. The finished work was incredible and I’m super pleased with how it turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to use Hammonds again if I could ask for Darren to carry out the works - I’d even wait for him to be available. He is very though and I was very impressed with his work manner and overall attitude towards myself and my property. Explained how everything worked. He even brushed up after himself and wiped down the gloss wardrobes and units. Absolute pleasure to have him fit in my house. Quality of product and attention to detail outstanding. And customer care also outstanding
