Ideal experience
Designer, surveyor and fitter ( Jamie B.) were all excellent. The fitting was done quickly and to a high standard. The end result was just what we had hoped for. Would definitely use Hammonds again.

Our experience with Hammonds couldn’t be faulted from the initial meeting with Nathan the Sales Rep to the wardrobe installer who was amazing! He was very professional and kept us informed throughout the installation, our wardrobes are stunning and can’t wait for our bedroom to be finished so that we can move back to our little haven! The only slight issue was trying to get through to Hammonds to change our original choice of door handles. I ended up getting through to your Essex Store. The gentlemen I spoke to was extremely helpful and apologetic that I hadn’t been able to contact anyone. He got me through to someone who was delightful and our new handles arrived directly to the next day. Amazing experience.

The Process was Efficient
The process was efficient. The sales person was polite and had a friendly manner. I am very pleased with my wardrobe. Tweaks were agreed to the positioning of the shelves so I could store specific items. The wardrobe looks great.
