We are delighted to let you know that all our in-home services are now back up and running.
As lockdown measures begin to ease across the country, we continue to take the safety of our customers and people very seriously.
With the following measures in please we feel we are best placed to continue to offer our services whilst ensuring we protect our customers and people.
Introductory calls prior to appointments
We will wear PPE at all times during our visit
Adhere to the 2m social distancing rule
Regularly wash and sanitise hands
Try and limit (where possible) the length of time we are in your home
Following the release of more information from the UK government with regards to regional lockdowns, we wanted to update you on our response.
Its important to note that the Government have very much encouraged businesses to continue to operate in these areas if it is safe to do so.
Having introduced a number of safety measures as detailed above we feel we can still operate all our in-home services in regional lockdown areas safely and if are customers are happy for us to do so.
We will review this decision inline with any changes to Government advice whilst also taking into account customer feedback.
