Keeping you and our associates safeAll our in-home associates have been fully trained as part of our 'keeping our customers safe' programme to ensure everyone's safety.
At Hammonds, our main priority is the safety of our customers and our people. We have put in place the below safety measures to make our visits to your home, a safe one:
- We will wear PPE at all times during our visit
- Adhere to the 2m social distancing rule
- Regularly wash and sanitise hands
- Try and limit (where possible) the length of time we are in your home

Seamless Experience - New Wardrobe
Very straight forward, from the design, to survey through to fitting, it was all seamless. Sean our fitter was fab, he did a great job, and it looks stunning! We are already putting clothes in it!

Very good fitter and extremely happy…
Very good fitter and extremely happy with overall furniture. Have had wardrobes and study fitted. perhaps need photos of completed jobs for customers to choose from instead of just your brochure. Would help with colours in rooms and with what they actually look like.

Wardrobes fitted in second bedroom
Wardrobes fitted in second bedroom. Sales and survey smooth running until fitting when issues came about with parts not ordered by the surveyor which caused delays in completing. Irritated but accepted, however although customer service were polite and concerned, nothing happened to sort and chase for further fitting dates and - no one took responsibility and i had to continually chase with empty call back promises, i was on the verge of requesting a refund, using credit card clause and consumer rights, even to the extent of a small claims court….until Lisa G took it on. Lisa was exceptional. She kept to her promises to sort and chase and call back. She knew i was very unhappy but managed my expectations well not giving me platitudes and patronising comments received from others. Lisa sorted it out to completion. The product is very good and very pleased, and i would come back if Lisa was my main contact, and our fitter, Wayne. Wayne was superb and did an excellent fitting - polite and just got on with it - i don’t think he took a break, even though we did supply him with hot beverages. Wayne and Lisa are an asset to Hammonds and both should be used for training purposes as the bench mark in how to communicate, support and treat customers. It is because of these two, i would come back. I would also ask for Aidan, our sales person too, who allowed all the time with us to ensure we had what we wanted. Thank you Lisa and thank you Wayne

Excellent job
My wardrobe was fitted today. I am really pleased with it. The gentleman kept me fully informed was polite courteous and professional. The room was also spotless when he had finished.
