A great experience and would recommend
The designer was extremely helpful in achieving my vision of what I wanted and provided more than one design from which to choose highlighting positives and negatives of each design. There was no pressure selling and I was given as much time as I wanted to make my decision. After a delay to the installation date which was very disappointing, Hammonds certainly pulled out all the stops to ensure everything from then on went smoothly. The staff on the telephones were polite, professional and friendly and did exactly what they said they would do. I also have to do a special shout out for the fitter - Edgars Ozolins. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and friendly. Edgars went out of his way to check with me exactly where I wanted the unit fitted and laid it out for me to visualise before carrying out the installation. Edgars is a skilled craftsman who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I am delighted with my lounge unit and would have no hesitation in recommending Hammonds to family and friends.

Just quietly got on with the job
Just quietly got on with the job, asked the right questions at the right time so at the end there was nothing to correct and perfect, very happy and would recommend. We designed an idea we wanted and Hammonds worked round this this to give us what we needed for that space
