Good communication & high standard work
Good communication throughout. Day of fitting Dan was professional, polite and did a fantastic job. The fitted wardrobes and desk are good quality and loom brilliant. Really happy.

The wardrobe gave the look-and-feel we wanted. My wife and children are so happy. Chris Knight, the guy who installed it, was extremely professional and very easy to talk to. It's one room done and we are waiting for the next one soon. Happy to be part of the Hammonds family.

Great design and quality
Absolutely well designed quality furniture. Carpenter very precise, punctual and friendly. Customer service always happy to help. Despite problems with initial survey, very apologetic with prompt solution. Most happy about quality of material. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for build up wardrobe and space saver options

Putting customers first!
I genuinely amazed with how Hammonds dealt with my guarantee issue, that it warrants a review. Especially as I have always been sceptical when it comes to making a claim under warranty. Firstly, I found the whole process easy to follow. Secondly, the guarantee team returned my enquiry ahead of time, surpassing my expectations and the resolution outcome was to my total satisfaction. A special thank you goes out to Sam in guarantees whom went the extra mile assisting me and arranged a repair appointment to suit. Also thank you Hammonds for taking responsibility and dealing with the matter putting your customer first. How refreshing to see in a modern world of commerce!

Our fitter Ryan was super. So professional, a wonderful joiner and a pleasure to have in our home. He takes great pride in his work and ensured the room was tidy and the furniture looked at it's best before signing it off. We are very happy with our new bedroom. Thank you.

Fabulous service from the sales person…
Fabulous service from the sales person who really helped us see the possibilities. Our fitter was amazing and couldn't have been more helpful; he's made a great job of the three rooms. Josh in customer service was brilliant when the fitter realised that no worktop had been ordered and the business ensured that this arrived in time for the job to be completed, thanks to Josh's tenacity. The only criticism we have of Hammonds, is that we didn't feel at all involved in the sequence of rooms to be completed. This might have seemed trivial to Hammonds, but we know our home best, and how we live.

The installation guy was amazing
