Our designer listened to us.
Our designer listened to our requirements and then discussed how best we could achieve them. She questioned our reasoning for certain aspects and made some great alternative suggestions to some which we decided were better solutions. They explained everything and were very thorough without any hard sell or trying to rubbish other companies as had been our experience with another company.

Friendly not at all pushy and brilliant designs
Sandra was fantastic in discussing our options and giving her opinion based on her experience. This led to a design which was different that what we had in mind but made the room feel far more open and modern. The overall approach was very friendly and not at all pushy. Following the meeting we made some changes based on a visit to the showroom. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Quality on a budget
Very professional and polite team. Were able to get it installed far quicker than everyone else and the quality is superb even though I went for one of the more budget options.

Professional but friendly
Jeff arrived on time and gave us a really good overview of the company. He measured our room and gave us many options to consider. He was professional but friendly and worked out an estimate followed by detailed pictures of his ideas. There was no pressure to purchase either at the time or directly following our meeting.

Brilliant service
