Informative and helpful service.
Hammonds designer was helpful, patient and informative.She knew each of the product specifications, finishes and colours. She made helpful suggestions and when we changed our minds about which design of media unit we wanted, she happily went through redesigning one until we were happy with the final design.

Great install from Eugene
Great install from Eugene. Worked really hard all day, and ensured we were truly happy with every detail before he left. He was communicative ahead of the install, and after the install too, which gave extra reassurance everything was smooth. Other elements in the process before fitting were not so smooth though - the delivery process, including several changes in date was frustrating. Contacted customer service to validate the date, to be told something which turned out to be incorrect, but changed again anyway. It was also confusing to have the designer and the surveyor contradicting each other, leaving us sometimes confused and hesitant to proceed - to then have the fitter telling us something slightly different again (about having to remove skirting boards or not)

Fabulous service from start to finish
Fabulous service from start to finish. From my first inquiry with Hammonds until the rooms were completed, we have been so impressed with Hammonds and their fitters. Within a week we had designs and dates booked in for our fitting. For some of the project, Darren was our fitter, and I can’t recommend him enough. His communication with us was excellent, he was friendly and accommodating and the end result is beautiful. We are so happy with the outcome and I won’t hesitate to share our experience with others.

Designed the wardrobe myself to better suit our needs...absolutely love it...this is the 2nd time of having hammonds in to fit a wardrobe for us....was a bit more expensive than your everyday wardrobe but so well worth it.the fitter was a friendly bloke and was extremely tidy. Dzintars did a great job! Very precise and thorough in the way he tackled the new under stairs installation. No drama's, no rushed work, just got on with it in a calm manner. Excellent all round. The new storage and worktop look great!
