Excellent service and high-quality fitted furniture
We had three fitted furniture installations carried out by Hammonds: drawers in the master bedroom, wardrobes in a second bedroom, and a media wall in the living room. Michael completed the first job, and a second fitter, Steve, handled the remaining two. All the work was completed within the expected timeframe of one week. The quality of the furniture is superb, with no issues at all. Both fitters were punctual, friendly and respectful throughout. I would highly recommend Hammonds if you're considering fitted furniture.

Good customer service
Good customer service, fabulous fitters. Easy choosing, ordering, surveying and fitting. The wardrobes give a new lease of life to a tired bedroom. A big purchase price but worth the money.

Service and quality
Excellent service and very flexible to ensure customer satisfaction. I'm very pleased with the quality of the wardrobes. Although they are a bit pricier than some bespoke options, the investment is absolutely worthwhile.

Happy in general.
In general very happy. We Would advice more coordination between the people who came to do the plan and design with the person who did the measurements and then last who came for the installation of the modules.

Top marks to Chris for the installation…
Top marks to Chris for the installation and very happy with the results. However we were most unhappy and very stressed to be informed just two days beforehand that the installation would have to be delayed for 10 days. After strong representations from ourselves that we could not contemplate waiting that long, having cleared the bedroom as requested and made arrangements for help and for overnight accommodation eventually the original date was reinstated. We were not very clear as to why this had to happen, a shame as we are pleased with the final result

Fitted Wardrobes
Dealing with Hammonds is like dealing with a team of professionals, from the customer support staff, to the designer and finally to the fitter. Impeccable service! John produced great designs, the space for the wardrobes was a tricky one with slopping ceilings but he pilled out something spectacular from his hat :). Daniel is a true professional! He does know his craft and delivered a job very well done! Not many joiners on his level, to be fair! We were very happy with our fitted wardrobes.
