Very prompt and immediate response to…
Very prompt and immediate response to my enquiry. Peter Bush produced the design and graphics extremely quickly and the price was very competitive. Unfortunately we did not think the Hammond system allowed the space to be maximised to its fullest potential. Peter came back within 24 hours with an option to include top boxes as we discussed but we had already accepted another firms proposals with earlier delivery and fitting schedule. Peter was terrific and it was our fault for leaving it too late to get alternative quote from Hammonds. Perhaps offering more flexibility to suit our requirements earlier would have helped.on the whole I think the service Hammonds was excellent , 5*****

The whole process from start to finish…
The whole process from start to finish was first class. Jonathan came and designed our furniture and was really helpful. Lynn came and surveyed and made some recommendations which we hadn't considered before. Matt fitted our furniture yesterday and worked so hard, he did a fantastic job and we LOVE our new furniture. We are now thinking of adding fitted furniture to another bedroom and hope Matt can be our fitter again. The quality and price cannot be beaten. Thank you so much Hammonds.
