First Class Job

The process with Hammonds from salesperson, surveyor, to fitter went extremely well. All personnel were knowledgeable of their product. My fitter Josh worked very hard all day with no break on the day of my fitting. He was friendly and kept me informed when I went to check on progress. The standard of his work and of the finished wardrobes was / are excellent. The room was left clean and tidy with all packaging & debris removed to the driveway. The only thing that let them down was I had to chase for the rubbish to be removed as it wasn't cleared within the stated 48 hours.

Beautiful wardrobe but service was not as good this time round.

It was my second time using Hammonds for my fitted wardrobe. This time I felt I was not as supported as last time. The designer was not as patient as the previous designer I used back in 2023 and felt he did not care about anything else once the sell was made (lol). I had to contact him to make some changes to the sale and he would not really acknowledge my communication and will only action what I requested. The previous designer was very professional and kept communication until I was satisified with the order. The wardrobe was completed and we love it, looks amazing in the room. The only issue I can say is that I wish I did not chose a carcus build and would have preferred for the wardrobe to be built directly into the wall like last time as it offers more space. There were also issues around my finance plan which I had to constantly contact Hammonds to get the payment plan amended to what I agreed. Eventually it amended and have managed to clear most of it. All in All, I think they are a good and respectful company and have recommended them to my friends and family. If you get a good and helpful designer who supports you with your order until you are satisfied, you will enjoy your experience : )

Top Quality build/builder.

This was our first ever foray into doing any project and hammonds talked us through it extremely well. They sent an initial planner who was super helpful and then a surveyor whom confirmed and adjusted the plans from our original meeting. There was a decent payment plan available as well for anyone interested but otherwise their website was easy to use to view plans and to pay for the project. During the actual building phase hammonds sent over Mike as our builder/carpenter and he is a big reason for the 5 stars. He was friendly, helpful and overall represented a gold standard in being consummate professional. If all of hammonds cupboard/carpenter fitters are like mike then be rest assured your project will be in the best of hands as the quality of work was top notch.

Smooth process from beginning to end

The whole process ran smoothly from start to finish. Tony arrived on time every day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble if we had any queries. We were warned about dust but this was kept under control and there was no problem with this at all. Tony was careful and respectful of our property and we cannot recommend him highly enough. If we wanted another bedroom we know exactly where to go and who to ask for. Thank you Hammonds and Tony for making this run so smoothly.

The designer listened carefully to our request and then produced a design that was ideal for our circumstances. He was very clear about all aspects of the process and we look forward to completion of this project! The way the designer carried out this visit made it a very positive experience.
