Really happy with the full end to end service I received from Hammonds starting from design, ordering and installation. Especially mentioning Catalin, our installer. Catalin has been very professional during the installation. Very polite , very helpful , kept me informed of the entire process and asked my views. Everything was kept very clean and organised after the installation also.

The whole process was brilliant

The whole process was brilliant. The designer listened to what we wanted to achieve and came up with a solution we were happy with. Our fitter, James, was absolutely excellent (patient,tidy,skillful) - we’re delighted with the result.

Colin Gee Designer:Sales and Cameron the Fitter both superb

The staff in the showroom in Wilmslow allowed me time to browse and when I was ready showed me futher colours than those on display. Cameron the fitter was superb. He communicated brilliantly, informing me the day before of the time he would arrive. His professional workmanship is 5star. He was polite, efficient, incredibly hardworking and our fitted wardrobes look amazing. He had professional sized cleaning equipment and didn’t leave any mess. Absolutely wonderful customer service. I can’t praise him highly enough. Colin Gee the designer was the consummate professional, polite, knowledgeable, he guided me. The 3D design was realistic and ‘allowed me to see how the product would look’. He recommended practical usable bits like ‘pull down rails’ where needed and internal lighting plus the amazing asthetic design. Incredibly pleased with my Hammonds fitted Elmore wardrobes. Would return to Hammonds again for a different room. Outstanding customer centred service from Colin listening to my brief then guiding me and Cameron’s professional fitting.

Excellent quality fitted furniture

The whole experience was good from initial enquiry to installation of our fitted bedroom furniture. We changed our mind a number of times and yet only received positivity from the designer and we got exactly what we wanted.. Every step afterwards was very professional and the fitter was first class and did excellent work. The quality of all the furniture was excellent . We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent Experience this time round

This was a far better experience with Hammonds, I've used them a few times, the first time was excellent, middle ones not so much but this experience was back to the original standard from Sales, Survey and installation by Damian P. All has gone well and i've very pleased with the additional wardrobes that have been fitted.

From start to finish it was a pleasure…

From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with Hammonds. The designer was great and communication with the company excellent throughout. But the stand out was the fitter who worked tirelessly and professionally for 2 very long days and worked til 9.15pm to complete the job.
