Our Fitter was excellent

Our Fitter was excellent, more than 5 star, friendly, hard working and extremely competent. However, we weren’t happy with our fitting dates changing 3 times as we then had to change the dates with electricians and carpet fitters. We were not impressed with an unhelpful response when we attempted to change the door type on our wardrobes. We didn’t feel that our interactions with Hammonds warranted four stars, but the end result due to the expertise of our Fitter, is excellent.

Our experience with Hammonds has been extremely positive. From design to survey to installation they're communicating is brilliant. We had two bedrooms fitted with furniture and are absolutely delighted with the results. Anthony our fitter was respectful of our property, he was clean and efficient. He did an excellent job. We are so happy with the finished product that we have booked to have our third bedroom fitted with wardrobes and have requested Anthony again. I absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hammonds.

My designer was Rafal he was really interested in what I wanted exactly for the wardrobe in my room he explained everything and showed me all the materials that they gonna use and he was very specific about the way that I can pay for this product the monthly payment and he took a long time for measuring everything correctly putting everything in perspective and showed me how my room is going to look like

Fabulous service

Fabulous service. Our design appointment with Andorra and survey with Matt were great - polite, friendly, on time and couldn’t have done more to help. Great price with a significant reduction on the sale price. Fitted by Dan today who has done a beautiful job. Initially expected to take three days, he was done in two. Not a single scrap of mess left behind, and perfect finish. Really couldn’t have asked for more! We are delighted from start to finish. Thank you

Cupboards look great and the fitter Mike Watson has done a fantastic and professional job in a very complicated room. Would definitely recommend Mike, he’s tidy, reliable and worked long days to ensure the job was perfected

The construction of the desk was good…

The construction of the desk was good but there was a delay in the furniture arriving I was given a time and it was 2hours wait for it to arrive not good for me or the fitter who was very good and patient

Beautiful Bespoke bedroom furniture

We had our new bedroom furniture fitted today and we are extremely pleased with it and how it looks in the room. The furniture was bespoke to our requirements and looks fantastic. The guy who fitted it did a really good job he was very professional and worked tirelessly the whole day. So all in all we would highly recommend Hammonds

Our wardrobes were fitted today and we are extremely pleased with them. The fitter arrived on time and was very good. He left everywhere tidy and removed all rubbish. I don't know how he completed it in the time. It is the second bedroom Hammonds have fitted for us and I highly recommend them. Thank you.
