The standard of workmanship was excellent But, the timing of demands & reminders to pay up is a bit over the top. We would advise toning it down a bit.

I have had Hammond furniture for the…

I have had Hammond furniture for the last 28 year’s and I have now replaced it with new Hammond furniture which I love. The only disappointing thing is that the drawers are smaller than they used to be which I am not very happy about

Crawley sales team v. helpful, great fitter.

The sales team at Crawley were very helpful and managed to find specific items to complete our order . We were fortunate in getting Artur to fit our wardrobes as he was both a skilled and tidy worker.

A fantastic experience.

The sales lady, Alicia took plenty of time to discuss our needs and to construct the design tailored to our needs. The price was pretty high initially but we subsequently received an offer which we found more acceptable. The surveyor, Sophie Hall was fantastic. She tailored the design more and elevated it. The lead time was excellent. The product is great quality. Solid and looks great. Our fitter Stefan Rotaru was incredible. Stefan was bang on prompt every day and talked through every aspect of the fit before progressing. Stefan respected our home and made sure our remaining furniture and wood flooring was protected before beginning his work. Stefan identified further elements of improvement and elevation which he discussed and implemented. The quality of Stefan’s work was superb. At the end of the work, he cleaned up, hoovered and left the place spotless. We’ve had good and bad experiences with tradesmen. Stefan is a craftsman who takes pride in his work and values his customer. Hammonds - please value Stefan. He’s a credit to your company.

What a transformation!😍

My new book shelves and cupboards look fabulous! A big Thank you to Terry, (the carpenter). He did an amazing job, and was very courteous and professional. Arrived at 8am and put in a full day's work, paying great attention to detail, and checking that I was happy at each step. I'm really pleased, thank you 👍.

This was my first order with Hammonds…

This was my first order with Hammonds but I have already booked them in to design for another project. Great process from start to finish. The sales rep Nathan really listened to our needs and overall was just refreshingly approachable, the surveyor Julian was also lovely and the local fitter Ollie was not only very competent but extremely polite and punctual as well. Really impressed with the speed and quality of the fitting done by Ollie, he has done a wonderful job, everything was left very tidy afterwards as well, so I haven’t a single complaint. The turnaround of the furniture being made was also super quick. Hope the second time will go just as smoothly, fingers crossed.
