The entire process has been a wonderful experience—from Caroline, who spent hours working through the designs and patiently making adjustments (as I kept requesting!), to the surveyor who kindly accommodated my last-minute changes on a Friday evening, and to Michael, who has been a pleasure to work with in making our media wall look perfect.
