We found the design consultant quickly took note of what we needed the space in the bedroom to contain and took the time to change a number of things very patiently until it was exactly to our needs. He was very informative and put our minds at rest.

Swift, thorough, and well delivered

Comms and pace of getting things done was very good. The visits, agreeing on a design, and getting a fitting appointment were excellent, even able to get the fitting done in time for Xmas! Very happy with the fitting, the fitter was very professional and thorough. All in all, very pleased and would recommend to others without hesitation.

Pleasant design visit with a courtesy…

Pleasant design visit with a courtesy call ahead as running 15 mins late rather than just turning up. Did not need to provide much input for the designer to make the best use of space in the rooms. No pressure to add extras or upgrades which was welcome. Did not feel rushed and designer took time rather than seemingly rushing off. There were lots of offers on which were applied to the price without us asking but it was initially outside my budget. So rather than sign up there and then we awaited the designs to be emailed through. The designs came late the same evening so the designer had made some considerable efforts to get these out in the evening even though we added some other items to each room at the end. Was not pressured to make any there and then decision to go ahead, even though we advised others were coming to quote. So all in all pleased, fingers crossed that’s the survey, installs and final products are also great 🤞
