The home visits and the planning was…
The home visits and the planning was very well organized. The installation was professional and speedy. The only thing I wish was if they provided a notification for payments. I was only made aware that my payment was late and not due. But overall great experience and would order from them again.

Brilliant product - Wonderful installer - a Great pity about Office Management!
Hammonds would have had 5 stars if their company's delivery section worked efficiently. They had all my units delivered to their BIRMINGHAM depot instead of AVONMOUTH so the installer had to trace where they were! This delayed his installation start time by 3 hours. NOT HIS FAULT

Whole experience was excellent
Whole experience was excellent, we were well communicated all the way through. The fitter, Martin, was really good - very friendly and polite and a tidy worker. Quality of the product and workmanship is really good.
