The fitter kept himself to himself and our wardrobes were fitted to perfection. My only problem was that he was too early as I am not very mobile and he left off too early at the end of the day.

Sliding wardrobes Wardrobes

It took a while for the survey & fitting after placing the order & giving a large deposit on placing the order during the design process. The wardrobes are lovely ( sliding) & I am very happy with the fitting, design & materials used. They slide nicely. I would have liked that after completing the wardrobes fitting the carpet was cut back & secured as before fitting, as I am now having to wait for a carpet fitted to schedule a date to completely finish the room & tripping over the rolled back carpet. It is a shame this is not an additional service that could be added. The bedside drawer is smaller than what I was expecting. I am not sure about the colour match to the wardrobes, they seem darker. The fitter says it is the lighting making the wardrobes look lighter. On a whole I am very pleased with my choice. All staff were all very polite & professional. The fitter cleaned up after the fitting & the sliding wardrobes are a perfect addition for my bedroom. Would I use Hammond again- yes. You are kept informed all along the way through to fitting on your portfolio & customer service is very good. Thank you to the team who worked on my order.

I received excellent service from start to finish. The salesman/designer created everything exactly as i asked. The surveyor checked and ensured all was ok with the design and the fitter was amazing too. Very thorough, punctual, clean & tidy & nothing was too much trouble. Highly delighted with the whole experience and would 100% recommend and return for more furniture

Mixed experience but very pleased with outcome

Mixed experience but very pleased with the final outcome. Salesman initially a little condescending. Let down over installation date until I fought to get original date back. Installer and products excellent though.
