Huge value and a quality service!

My initial response when Hammonds provided the initial quote was 'How much!!?" After the finished installation all I can say is 'Great value'. From Ian's initial consultation, through Natalie's attention to detail and the quality of installation by Rich, the whole experience has been one of being a valued customer, constantly informed and the focus of an excellent service. I am really pleased with the finished product. Thank you all, I have already recommended you to a couple of neighbours.

Fabulous friendly service

Fabulous friendly service. Just popped in to look at wardrobe colours and we were treated like royalty by the two lovely ladies. Judging by this experience I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hammonds.

Bumpy road but beautiful wardrobes

Booking the appointment was simple, the information provided was excellent. Our design visit went really well, the designer went through everything clearly and gave us lots of options and ideas, the price he quoted us came in below the main competitor for more options and a better colour. The survey was booked in and was done quickly. Our dates were booked and we made arrangements for carpets to be lifted and some sockets to be moved. We then unfortunately had some issues with Hammond's changing our dates repeatedly which caused additional costs on our end, the customer service team did not always call back when they said they would, this made the process quite stressful for a while. But then our date came and the fitter was excellent and the wardrobes are lovely, great quality, beautiful look, everything done to the highest standard.

Over the moon with my new wardrobes

The rep came to my home, measured the room then sat down did the scetch on the computer, I then chose the wardrobes, colour and handles, it was then delivered, and fitted in 2 days, I was so impressed and delighted with every step. These new wardrobes look and make the room so much more better

Professional fitting service

That the arrived on time and often earlier and put in more than a full day's work which was completed at a high standard and all rubbish removed and the floors hovered before they departed each day that the were working in my property

Esther our designer was fantastic

Esther our designer was absolutely lovely. Gave us lots of time to go through the designs and had all samples ready to hand unlike our awful experience with Sharps. She also created a 3D design for us to review which was very helpful. Professional and thoughtful. Highly recommend going with this company.
