The full process seemed to take a while, but it was worth it in the end The fitter was excellent, professional ,friendly, knowledgeable and a hardworking only stopping for the odd coffee The end result gave my home the wow factor!

Helpful with a difficult shaped room.
Helpful with sorting us out with fitted furniture in a difficult bedroom shape. I’ve taken a star off because they didn’t offer the colour I wanted in the range we were having. It was a pretty standard and probably a popular colour, so I couldn’t understand why this colour wasn’t available across most of their ranges.

Excellent & Not So Good
Excellent & Not So Good Neil was polite and listened to our needs. Was happy to adjust ideas as they developed. Not so sure on value for money as the initial quote was reduced several times from outrageous to competitive- ish for well made furniture. Unable to decision make as still feel the price is high compared to similar high end furniture.

The designer Gary Anderson was very friendly and polite, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Arrived spot on time as arranged and answered all our queries to our satisfaction. If all the designers are as good as Gary then I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hammonds.
