Our fitter was absolutely amazing

Our fitter was absolutely amazing. The rest of the process was quick, but we did receive some misinformation regarding the use of Amex. We specifically asked if we could use Amex and our designer said yes, but when I went to pay he said we couldn’t and he never said that. I know we asked specifically because if the answer was no, we probably would have gotten extra quotes as that was a real sticking point for us.

Happy with our new bedroom refit choice and overall experience with Hammonds

After making our initial decision to go ahead Hammonds ensured the process ran smoothly, the surveyor arrived,as promised to ensure initial selection would fit and did final precision measurements, fitter communicated before start date and arrived on time as promised and was a pleasure to have in our house for 2 days. All in all a good job done.

3 x Bedrooms & a walk-in Wardrobe.

From our initial design visit, through final survey, deliveries & installation days, the Hammonds team have been exceptionally professional, helpful. We were initially, concerned as we wanted 3no. Bedrooms & a walk-in wardrobes completed in 4-days by 4 different fitters. All went according to plan, absolutely no complaints.

Really great experience

Really great experience, from the original design through to the fitting. Our bedroom has been transformed and looks marvellous. Big shout out to the fitter, John Thompson and his assistant Alfie - they went the extra mile to make sure a difficult fitting was completed within a day, and have done a fantastic job.

Excellent service end to end

Excellent service end to end with Hammond's. From the designer and surveyor to the final delivery everything was smooth and well communicated. Jerry, the fitter, was a machine. Turned up on time, respected our home (dust covers etc.) and worked independently finishing the job to a high standard of finish in one day. Impressive and will consider Hammond's for further jobs in the future.
