Great contact from staff at Hammonds throughout the process of buying bedroom wardrobes. The quality of the wardrobes is fantastic as was the fitting. Highly recommend using them.

Efficient, professional and helpful
Good communications all round, which is very reassuraing and helpful. The people we dealt with, either Hammonds on the phone or the design (Richard)/survey (Jack)/installation (Dzintars) visits were efficient and were able to answer any questions we had professionally. We are pleased with the quality of the work and the units (all part of a living room makeover).

Pricey but looks great
The best part of the experience was the fitter, Edgar, who was very professional and an absolute joy to work with. One stsr removed as customer services are difficult to get hold of - delayed or no reply to messages. It's an expensive solution but you will know that once you've had your initial consultation. In my opinion the emd result was worth it.

Hammonds experience overall good
Overall l’ve had a super experience with Hammonds, the fitter Leigh was utterly brilliant and has delivered a first class product and service. Unfortunately my original fitter cancelled on the morning of my fitting, after a number of phone calls to their Head Office, l spoke to a very helpful customer advisor who was able to find me a new fitting date in the same week. I am delighted with the end result, thank you Leigh.

Hammonds ' customer care is excellent.
Hammonds' designer listened to my outlined requirements, and provided designs and quotes for two separate formats for my study within an hour of arrival at the house.
