Hammonds communication with all parties…

Hammonds communication with all parties left a lot to be desired. Information we had told them had not been passed on to the design and the installation teams. This was a major gap in the installation process especially for us as the Customer. We had to explain on a number of occasions information that had already been told to Hammonds staff members. This needs to be addressed to prevent poor reviews in the future. Jamie Bennett was very respectful and personable. He worked extremely hard and listened when we raised issues with him. He gave us full confidence in the installation process and also worked in a very tidy manner. Secondly, Darren Hancock, who removed our old wardrobe, again was very personable and we are exceptionally pleased with his work. David Gregory. Surveyor was very clear and made sure he understood our wishes and recorded them on his report. Alan Turnball, designer initial contact took his time to make sure that our disabilities were taken into consideration in the design process. This will make our life so much easier.

Well done, Pawel!

Pawel did an excellent job in installing our bookcases for our study. He is punctuate, kind, polite, professional, careful, respectful and considerate to our Victorian house. In addition, he helped adjust two drawers in both wardrobes installed two years ago upon our request, which saves Hammonds the cost in after-sale service.

Robert Arif delivered an excellent service from start to finish. He quietly got on with the job in a very professional manner, which we really appreciated — no fuss, just high-quality work. He was also incredibly tidy and respectful of our space, even taking the time to hoover the patio before leaving, which didn’t go unnoticed. What really stood out was his attention to detail and proactive approach. He identified what could have become a major issue in the original plans and took the time to check with us before making any changes. That level of care and communication made a big difference and gave us real confidence in his work. He was flexible, easy to deal with, and clearly takes pride in what he does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robert Arif to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Sam was absolutely brilliant from start…

Sam was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. What really stood out was his ability to problem-solve on the spot. Whenever something unexpected came up, he handled it quickly and efficiently without making it feel like a big issue. That kind of reliability makes a huge difference. On top of that, Sam was genuinely friendly and easy to have around, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. He even took the time to offer some great decorating ideas, which was a really nice added touch and showed he genuinely cares about the end result.
