Massive Transformation- Thank you..!

This is my second installation in as many months and am absolutely delighted with the furniture. It’s a 30 ft Media wall in an old house and I expected it to be a challenging project (it was)..! Ryan’s design incorporated my vision perfectly and with the help of surveyor, Joe we arrived at a plan to make the most out of the space in my home. Brendan has then brought it all to life and he went above and beyond to achieve what I can only describe as a masterpiece. Hammonds came recommended to me but I did check out the competition (who were cheaper!) but I feel I got what I wanted and more. Communication between teams could be better I think, and although my experience on the whole was very positive, I had reason to require urgent assistance from the back office team after my under-stair fitting was called off at the last minute. Trying to reach a resolution left me feeling that cog in the wheel don’t care much about ‘customer care’. Such a shame but I guess you can’t have everything and the other teams made up for it…

Professional and efficient salesman and fitter. However the whole process from start to finish took too long.

The fitter was very professional tidy and efficient. Wardrobes are beautiful. A big thanks to our fitter. The process in between from the initial sales call and fitting didn't go very well. Surveyor appointment was cancelled 2 times and fitting date subsequently cancelled and rescheduled for a later date. The whole process from start to finish took far too long.

Your expert who visited was great and satisfied most of our queries. Unfortunately he advised us that Hammonds don't do the fire place part of a media wall installation which is the only part preventing me from giving full stars.

Wardrobes better than expected

Wardrobes better than expected. It was quite difficult to visualise end product even though pictures were provided. I'm apprehensive in getting work done in my house, however, Derek was exceptional in fitting the wardrobes and consulted with me where necessary, highly recommend. 4 star given as design had to be changed due to designer and surveyor having differing views whether original design would fit- feels somewhat disjointed and quite fundamental. Definitely an inconvenience. Would not have gone with design proposed by surveyor (not their expertise), luckily there was another designer job shadowing on the day.

Hammonds made the whole process so easy from the initial survey to the final installation. Staff were all very helpful, polite and professional. The best part was the installation that was done beautifully by Steve. He explained the whole process again beforehand and kept the place very tidy and neat. We are extremely happy with our lovely wardrobes and can not recommend Hammonds Furniture enough. Thank you so much
