Very positive visit from design consultant

The design consultant was on time. He was very respectful and polite. He listened to my comments/concerns and integrated my wishes into the design. He was happy to adapt the design dynamically. He recommended products based on the room, my budge, the use of the room. The final product fitted my specification and happily there was a 50% discount which could be offered.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new wardrobe – it looks stunning, and the whole design and ordering process was smooth from start to finish. A special mention goes to our fitter, who was fantastic. He was professional, friendly and his workmanship was excellent. Unfortunately, one of the wardrobe doors was missing from the order, meaning the installation couldn’t be completed on the day. This was understandably frustrating, but it was clearly a behind-the-scenes issue and not the fitter’s fault. Customer services are currently looking into the issue, so I’m hopeful it will be resolved quickly. Despite the hiccup, I can’t fault the fitter at all – he did a brilliant job with everything he had.

Excellent service from Hammonds.

Gemma visited last week to help us design our new wardrobes. We were able to see lots of samples of door colours in both smooth and wood-grain finishes, as well as a choice of handles. Everything was transparent, well-explained and easy to follow and complete. The Surveyor came today to complete final measurements and provide some advice prior to installing our new Hammonds fitted wardrobes in 6 weeks time. The best service we have ever had - friendly, professional and fair pricing. We can't wait to have our wardrobes fitted in 6 weeks time.

Georgina was delightful…friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She made the visit seem effortless and we were delighted with the results.
