Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. Mahmoud in sales visited us at home and was very patient and helpful in discussing our wardrobes vision, design, showing us all the different ranges and gave us great ideas and recommendations. Dipak was great with all the surveys , measurements and final design. The office team and delivery guys were prompt at booking and delivering the installation dates and furniture. Always kept us updated and informed. The fitters, Jack and Ilyia were amazing. Prompt, on time , clean, courteous and very professional. Great team, and lovely solid, good quality furniture. Highly recommend.

From start to finish the overall…

From start to finish the overall experience was good. The designer was extremely patient with me when developing the design project. I was impressed with her ability to create the vision I had in my head. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and professional. The installer was pleasant, professional and timely. They all maintained regular contact throughout the process. Everything was explained in detail. The installer was careful with his tools not to damage anything. He did a splendid job cleaning up after his job was completed.

We had a very positive experience with Hammonds, particularly with our designer, Jowita. She visited our home and was very knowledgeable, professional and attentive to our requirements. She quickly understood what we were looking for and captured our needs in detail. She then came back with a clear design presentation that reflected our requirements very well. We really appreciated her attention to detail and the way she translated our ideas into practical design options.

Thank you for a very good job all round!

Everyone involved - designer, planner and installer - did a great job providing fitted cupboards and bookshelves in two bedrooms. The office staff and shop in Hinckley were also very helpful with colour and style choices and other advice.

No hard sell

Julie phoned before the meeting to let me know she was running slightly late. When she arrived she was friendly and informative. There was no “hard sell”. I agreed to the quote. I tried to order a fabric swatch online but could not. Julie ordered the swatch a bought it to my house. Excellent service so far. I have not had my survey yet so I’m hoping the ongoing service matches the service I’ve received to date.
