Harry Carpenter was very patient and heard every word of what we wanted. He designed exactly like that and suggested what type of finish would suit the space. Very pleased with the service.

Great customer service from Sarah…

Great customer service from Sarah McAuley who was extremely pleasant and patient. Our design was bespoke and she did everything to ensure she was able to fit the design brief exactly, answering all questions and showing me measurements of each shelf on the measuring tape. There was no hard sell, she was more focused on ensuring our needs were met and was able to provide an excellent price. In the end we had to go with a rival company where the customer service was not as good and were not able to provide the bespoke design Hammonds did. but they had the wood colour that matched some other furniture that l found.

Thank you Hammonds ! From the designer Alan, the surveyor Darren and the skilled fitters Tom and Dan my 3 wardrobes look amazing ! My only annoyance ? The number of ambiguous texts and emails ! However, the account portal was easier to use than I thought and very helpful.

Excellent Designer …

We had a excellent designer who listened to our requirements and ideas. They put forward suggestions, which greatly improved what we were originally thinking of. We ended up with a much better option than we originally thought. Very pleased with the whole appointment.

Tony Morgan - the Wardrobe Fitter

The wardrobe fitter, Tony Morgan contacted me a few days before to confirm when he would be arriving. He arrived on time and worked very hard all day long. He was polite, friendly and very approachable. He answered all my questions and explained everything carefully for me. I am really pleased with my new fitted wardrobes, the excellent finish and the general look of them. I feel that Tony Morgan is a wonderful asset to Hammonds. He had a great attitude and is obviously very skilled at his job. Thanks Tony for all your hard work, love my new wardrobes.
