Excellent service from sales to survey…
Excellent service from sales to survey to fitting. Would recommend. Had quotes from Wickes and Sharpes and went with Hammonds as love the service so much more, was slightly more expensive then Wickes but the quality and fitting and exceptional and worth it!

Everyone was very helpful BUT
Everyone was very helpful and the cupboard is exactly what I wanted but the fact that this was not a standard fitted unit seems to have caused problems. I ordered a free standing cupboard and paid up front. Then I received three telephone calls trying to arrange surveys and fitting. None of this was necessary but it appears that even if not necessary the system is such that you have to have a survey and fitter. The surveyor was here for about half a day making drawings etc and the fitter who was only here for about an hour told us he had been paid for a full day. This was a free standing cupboard and could have just been delivered for us to assemble. How much does one and a half man days add unnecessarily to the cost of the item. You need to be more flexible
