Good fitted wardrobe experience
This is a multi-part review for 3 installations designed and bought at the same time. Hammonds do 2 lines of wardrobe: fitted wardrobes and sliding wardrobes. This review is for a fitted wardrobe installation. The design visit went well. Our designer was knowledgeable and really easy to work with. The survey was scheduled for 27th December 2024. However the surveyor was a no-show on the day and calls to Hammonds proved fruitless (to be fair this was the Christmas period). The survey was rescheduled for 29th January 2025 and completed as planned. We were initially given installation dates in early February, although these were later moved to March. The fitter came on 3rd March as scheduled and over 2 days fitted our new wardrobe. Our fitter was everything we expected from Hammonds, professional, tidy and courteous. We had specific requirements about shelf heights which were accommodated without fuss. At the end of the installation we were shown what had been done in detail so the fitter was sure we were happy with the end result. Our overall experience with this build was good. The design meeting was excellent, the Customer Service team communicated well, and our 2-door wardrobe looks good and is finished to a high standard. Thank you Hammonds. Now, onto the sliding wardrobes.

Home office unit and built in display cupboard.
Ably installed by a very clever, capable, quick thinking guy. Polite, personable and collaborative at all times.
