Impressive design service
Karen the designer was fabulous. She listened carefully to our brief and gave us time and space to consider different options and provided us with design ideas. Her experience shone through with her advice and explanations of how the design would work day to day. She had a great depth of knowledge in the product and explained everything to us going over information more than once for our clarity and understanding. Throughout the whole process Karen gave us time we didn't feel rushed or pressured and she never clock watched and was always very responsive to our texts, emails and calls as we navigated through the process. she was extremely helpful, punctual, polite and responsive. we obtained three quotes and Karen gave an exceptional customer service that stood out from the other companies.

Excellent Service and a Quality Product
Hammonds were very good from start to finish. The surveyor was very efficient and helpful. Hammonds were very accommodating when we had to delay the installation and the fitter was excellent. We were very pleased with the finished product which was of the highest quality.

Good quality furniture
We received a free design visit. Very pleasant, helpful and suggested some good ideas for bespoke bedroom furniture. Some design images were quickly made available and will be supported by a follow-up visit.
