It’s a decision that can completely change the mood and ambience of the room and works differently with the light available, the paint colour for the kitchen.
Not only will the kitchen cupboard paint colour be an important decision but also the kitchen wall colour, working with the fitted kitchen. Tone is very important in this; even within the grey family there is a variety of warm or cool tones which can change the perception of the space.
We’ve gathered some of our expertly designed and styled kitchen displays within the Midlands and East Anglia, all with different fitted kitchen colour schemes to give you some inspiration for your next project.
This fitted Croft kitchen display in Erdington within Cookes Furniture is painted in Boat House Blue and Sea Salt with a Gris Sylvestre Granite worktop. With accents of wood from the wicker baskets, perfect for storing vegetables and other staples, and the kitchen table, this balances out the cool greys and blues. The modern Chrome handles match the aluminium Rangemaster cooker. This light colour on a matte surface retains the natural sunlight while creating distinctive shadows.
In the modern Liverton kitchen range this display at the Nuneaton Showroom has Charcoal grey painted kitchen cabinet doors with a white kitchen cupboard in contrast. In perfect balance the Imperial White Custom made Laminate worktop with speckles of grey to tie in with the darker cabinet colour. This U-shaped kitchen display has been styled with seamless tile effect wallpaper on an accent wall and accents of greeny foliage to bring a dash of colour to the muted stylish kitchen.
